Yes, changes can be made before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, modifications may no longer be possible due to the custom nature of each door.

Shipping & Delivery
Where are your doors made and shipped from?
Our doors are handcrafted in our dedicated workshop in China, where skilled artisans bring each design to life. Once completed, they are carefully prepared and shipped directly to customers.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production typically takes 4–6 weeks, followed by 4–8 weeks of international shipping, depending on your location. Our team will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
How are the doors packaged?
Each door is securely packed in reinforced wooden crates to ensure maximum protection during long-distance international shipping.
How is the door delivered?
Doors are shipped via freight carriers and are typically delivered curbside. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Do I need to prepare for delivery?
Yes. Due to the size and weight of the doors, you may need assistance or appropriate equipment to unload the shipment upon arrival.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
What if my door arrives damaged?

Do you offer fixed pricing or custom quotes?
All of our doors are quoted individually. Once your design and specifications are finalized, we will provide a clear and accurate quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (ACH and wire transfer) as our primary payment method. For added flexibility, we also accept PayPal for deposits.
Do I need to pay in full before production?
We typically require a deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due via bank transfer before shipment.
Is my payment secure?

Are shipping costs and taxes included in the price?
