Terms and Conditions of Purchase
At Varnuo, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure transparency and a clear understanding of our policies, please review the following Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

1. General Terms
These Terms apply to all orders, documents, and agreements between you (“Purchaser”) and Varnuo (“Seller”) for the sale and/or provision of products and services.

2. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, ACH bank transfer, and PayPal.
Full payment is due at the time of order placement, prior to production.

3. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once manufacturing has begun.

4. Warranty
All warranties apply only to the original Purchaser while residing or conducting business at the installation location. The Purchaser must be current on all payments. Warranty claims require inspection and written authorization from both our production manager and sales representative. Shipping charges may apply.

5. Production Lead Time
Orders may take up to 1 months from the date of purchase to complete.

6. Shipping & Transit
Shipping and delivery costs for doors are included in the price.
We are not responsible for damage or issues during transit but will assist in filing claims. Please inspect your item upon delivery and report any concerns immediately.

7. Legal & Chargebacks
In the event of legal action due to non-payment, the Purchaser agrees to cover all legal fees, including attorney fees, regardless of the outcome of the lawsuit.
Chargebacks initiated without cause will be considered a breach of this agreement.
